Since Nankhoo Consulting Engineers & Hanslab Environmental believe in empowering their employees on an intellectual and emotional level in our quest for constant improvement, productivity and effectiveness, this workshop was specifically designed to inspire the staff to master the self. Furthermore, since a company’s most valuable & expensive resource is, inspired employees, the motivation behind this workshop was to develop the staff to become aware of their actions, their interactions between colleagues and herein overall to increase productivity by having a happier employees.
